Description

Introduction to Trigrams Yoga, a component of a metamodel of Western, Chinese and Ayurvedic systems. Unified presentation of anatomical and physiological rational of yoga. Analysis of the concept of flexibility, body zones and ‘external’ stretch receptors. Brief introduction to breathing. Application of the theoretical model to the creation of two sequences of positions: anterior-posterior and medial-lateral and rotational-based sequencing.
